On December 15, the Festival Center hosted a press conference of the participants of the International competition, whose films were shown the day before. Speakers: director of the film Esimde Aktan Arym Kubat from Kyrgyzstan and the authors of the Kazakh film Brothers director Darkhan Tulegenov, cameraman Sherkhan Tansykbayev and production designer Bagdat Kozhakhmetov.

Press conference of the creators of the film Tulip

On December 15, the Festival Center hosted a press conference of the creators of the film Tulip, participating this year in the out-of-competition program Special Event. This is due to the 15th anniversary of the film, which won many prizes at the largest film forums in the world, and became, in the words of the festival's program director Gulnara Abikeeva “the hallmark of our cinema, the beauty of the Kazakh land is so poetically and subtly shown in it.” In addition, the premiere of the film took place on Eurasia.

The journalists were visited by director Sergei Dvortsevoy, producer Gulnara Sarsenova, actress Samal Islyamova, as well as actor Nurzhigit Zhapabayev, who was only 3.5 years old at the time of the shooting.
