For Contribution to the Development of Kazakh Cinema – People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Doskhan Zholzhaksynov.

For Contribution to the Development of Central Asian Cinema – Ali Khamrayev, director and master of Uzbek cinema.
For Contribution to the Development of Kazakh Cinema – Murat Auezov, public figure, cultural scientist, and editor-in-chief and artistic director of Kazakhfilm film studio (1982–1988).
